
Jobylon is a modern hiring platform that lets you create job ads and manage applicants smoothly and effortlessly.
They wanted a brand that felt trustworthy but also warm and human. My work included creating a new logo, a refreshed visual identity, and an updated website design that brings those qualities forward. The new look strengthens their personality without losing clarity or professionalism.
As part of Jobylon’s rebranding, I created a new logo that balances professionalism with approachability, two values central to their identity. The logo consists of a custom wordmark and a versatile logomark that can be used together or independently depending on the context.
The logomark draws inspiration from the letter “J” in GT Walsheim Pro and a quotation mark—subtly reinforcing the idea of conversation and communication in the hiring process. It’s simple, memorable, and flexible enough to scale across different formats.
With the new brand in place, the website needed to feel just as modern and human. I reworked the overall layout, visual hierarchy, and UI elements to highlight Jobylon’s strengths in a clear and engaging way. I also created custom illustrations that bring warmth and personality to key sections. The result is a website that feels more intuitive and reflects the brand’s character from the first scroll.
